diabetic-life asked: I know in your FAQ it says do not use alcohol, but what about the consumption of alcohol? Like If I were to drink vodka after getting a fresh tongue piercing a few hours before.. what would happen? I know they recommend you to NOT consume alcohol for a week, but I was just curious? Like what the worst that could happen if you have a few drinks? not get wasted?
Anonymous asked: I looked through the FAQ and couldn't find anything about this (forgive me if I'm wrong), and I was just wondering, for lobes size 3/4" that are suffering from cat butt, will letting the holes grow up a little help with that?

Anonymous asked: I've had dermals under my clavicles for about 2 and a half years now, and I've never had a problem with them. However, a couple weeks ago, a bruise formed on one side of one of my dermals, with a very firm lump underneath it. There's no fluid leaking, and it's not red; just bruised. Any idea how to deal with this?
mintchocochic asked: How long could I take a healed vertical labret piercing out for without it closing up? Could I leave it out for a day with no issues?
jagkie asked: Do Sea Salt Soaks reduce bruising on a navel piercing? If not, is there anything I can do to reduce it? thanks you and I love your blog. :)
Anonymous asked: You're putting a typo in your answers, saying your blog is fuckyeah-piercing just a heads up.
Anonymous asked: I got my snug pierced in April and there are two bumps on both exit holes of the piercing. I have tried sea salt soaks as well as vitamin E oil and nothing seems to work. It was pierced with a ring, if i change the jewelry to a curved barbell would the bumps be more likely to go away? i have tried to change it, but i cannot seem to find one that will fit because the piercing is still swollen and...
Anonymous asked: i put a 16mm silicon tunnel in my 14mm (STUPID I KNOW I WASN'T THINKING) and well I didn't feel any way at (my ear had be at 14 for a long time) so I left it in, I woke up this morning with a huge swollen ear! :'( there's no blood but my ear is really red, so I immediatly did a sea salt soak and put a 10mm surgical steel tunnel in,, what should i do next?

a-study-in-time-and-space asked: Wow... some of these people are just to damn sensitive. You are absolutely not a bitch, you just tell it like it is and if people don't like that they they can get the fuck over it. There is CLEARLY a buttons that say Aftercare and FAQ that people can look at about questions... Instead of asking you the same damn annoying things... Jesus people :/ A lot of respect to you for taking all these...
izzysquid asked: I follow this blog because of awesome pictures of piercings and solid and awesome advice. I leave for a day and I come back to see all this constant bitching from a bunch of fuckers. Shut the fuck up everybody crying "asshole." If you don't like it then leave. I'm here for piercings, not whining. Let's move on with our damn lives. Also I sincerely thank you for all the...

toyour-grave asked: Oh my god, who fucking caresss. leave this poor person alone. They are who they are and they're going to respond to asks however the fuck they please. You have no right to bitch someone out for answering questions in a way you don't like. Get over it and get on with your lives okay thanks.
ragdollia asked: i do get a crabby vibe from you at times, but i get your point and think you're doing an amazing, selfless thing in benefit of tons of people. kudos and thank you for doing the best you can in helping us out with some advice.
perfectly-horrid asked: No, you're not an asshole, people are. You don't deserve those rude messages. You give advice out of your good will, even when people ask things that are cleary answered on your FAQ. If people don't like your answers, then they can damn well move their asses and go ask their local piercer.
synyster-gates-baby asked: What are your favorite piercing blogs to follow? Also, great work with your advise, you're one of the few people that actually do things properly, these days. Keep up the good work. c:
Anonymous asked: i'm the anon who originally posted the "hostile" message. i absolutely appreciate what you do for this blog, but i just think that it's unnecessary to act patronizing to people with genuine questions, even though they are obnoxious questions. you could easily say, "check out the FAQ!" and leave it at that.
whitetrashqueeeen asked: responding with 'sweetie' and 'hun' isn't going to change peoples opinion of you, because you're a jerk. Being nice won't hurt anyone.
stumplight asked: Just wanted to say thanks for having this page because it's really helpful and you don't act like an asshole at all? :P Goodness! xD
p0cketcat asked: HAH. I like how you provided a logical, polite answer then someone got hostile with you. It's sad when people are literally too lazy to open a new tab and search google a bit for basic questions. Either way, I wanted to let you know you're definitely appreciated by a lot of people. ^__^
nightofthesnowfox asked: lol @ the people who keep calling you an "asshole". This is a great page and you're very helpful. Thanks for making it! :)
theyflickerandtheyfall asked: Dude, you literally signed up for that. Remove your tampon and delete this account or quit being a pompous asshole.
Anonymous asked: why do you feel that being patronizing is helpful to anyone? people that trust you are asking honest questions and you're really being an asshole about it.

Anonymous asked: I got my nose pierced a few weeks ago, and while cleaning it, I noticed that it's not straight through my nose. It's pierced at an angle, so the outside hole is higher than the hole inside my nose. Is that ok? I'm just worried that when I change my piercing to a stud, it might not sit right?
-oncelovedbutprobablyforgotten asked: I'd really like to get a smiley, but my friend got it done and it made her become ill so her doctor told her to take out the piercing. Are there usually any side effects like that? or are they just random cases?
Anonymous asked: I want a surface piercing and several tattoos. But my pain level is VERY low and I'm a bit afraid of needles. But I really want tattoos and a piercing. Should I just face my fear and get those?
Anonymous asked: hi, i was thinking about getting a triple forward helix piercing, i've read various comments about this piercing and im not sure which ones are true. How serious would you consider the pain to be?

Anonymous asked: Yo, I just stretched up and it pretty sore. What are some good ways to sooth it?
hicloud asked: I'm sorry, regarding the split medusa: How the hell does that happen and what does it even look like? I went looking for pictures but all I found were loads of pics of people with split tongues and philtrum piercings and this one lady who kissed the pavement. o.0
chriscolin asked: I can't decide between getting my septum pierced at a 14g or a nostril at an 18g. I'v had both before but now neither and I want one again. Could you think of any pros and cons of either?
futtture asked: I read that it's ok to use bondage tape or plumbing tape for stretching but not electrical tape. why is it bad to use it? what about scotch tape? please excuse my bad english and my stupid question, I just wanted to know because I've been using electrical, I thought it was ok...
Anonymous asked: Hey I was the anon with the split medusa, I can't actually get the ball of the piercing off either, we've tried really hard and nothing worked :s
Anonymous asked: For people specifically asking about 'keloids' not a bump which you actually dont have in your FAQ, you'll have to go to your doctor. I got a keloid from stretching. With keloids you cannot just get them cut off as they are more likely to grow back and double in size. Your doctor can inject steroids into your keloid and this can reduce its size other wise plastic surgery is another...

glitteryhaze asked: i had gotten a industrail a few years ago and there's a big kilo on the back of my ear now..i took the piercing out, and it didn't go down or anything. i was wondering if i would have to get it removed by a doctor, or is there anything else i could try? thankss! (:
liverawdreams asked: healing wise for cheek piercings would the bar or a dermal be better?
Anonymous asked: Is it necessary for me to shave my "flavor savor" if I were to get a labret, and is there any other way to shave the area without having to remove the piercing? Also, happy thanksgiving. I hope you had a good one!
savemefrommybraininside asked: I have been at a 2g for 6 months and I've been trying to stretch to a 0g. I've tried tapers and the taping method using bondage tape but they are still hesitant to stretch. I've taken long breaks in between trying to stretch and nothing is working. Do you recommend anything besides waiting a couple more months and massaging ears with oils?
Anonymous asked: is there any way of getting rid of keloids/preventing them?
self-destruct-ion asked: I really want my sternum and hips pierced. I like the way surface piercings look, but I am afraid of it rejecting. Are microdermals a better choice?
mintchocochic asked: is it normal for a cartilage piercing to still be sore and swollen a month after being pierced?
pattycakesmcrae asked: hello! i just got my tongue pierced a couple of days ago, and i love it! i don't have a lot of pain, and i can eat and talk (almost) normally! it is fairly swollen, and i am starting to feel a bit of a tough ring of what i assume is skin, around the jewllery. is this normal? i've been doing sea salt rinses/soaks when i wake up, after i eat or drink anything, and before bed. is there...
