kerrisaysink asked: Do you or any of your followers have nape piercings? I've been seriously considering getting it pierced for about 6 months now, the only thing that's holding me back is the pain. Anyone care to share their experiences? :x

emilycee asked: Just a quick note about a post about tragus issues...

I have seven ear piercings, one of which is a tragus. The piercer put a hoop in it immediately afterwards. For me personally, this caused a lot of discomfort, and also a bump that was bothering me A LOT. I had loved the piercing when I got it, and having a bump there was really frustrating. What I've found though is that...

tooxmuchxcsi asked: I'm not a piercer or anything, but I've been told by many different piercers to use non-scented antibacterial soap to clean my piercings. It's what I've used for all of mine and I haven't had a single problem :]

waitwhatsthat asked: Regarding the question about the tragus, depending on the bump, it could be a couple of different things....

It could be a piercing pimple. They are pretty commen and usually look like a small red or white-ish bump that is normally located adjacent to the piercing. May be tender, itch, or burn, though some are painless. When popped or ruptured it can leak blood and/or puss.

waitwhatsthat asked: I saw a question that involved hydrogen peroxide, and just wanted to let you know..
Hydrogen peroxide is used to "push out" foreign contaminants from the body, and since solid metals are typically treated as such by your body, the hydrogen peroxide causes the jewelry to migrate and even reject. :c I am actually a professional piercer, and I always tell my clients to never use:...

nevergonnaunderstand asked: Hi, first off I want to let you know how much I enjoy your blog! It's always nice to see your posts on my dash. Secondly, I wanted to ask for some advice. I'm planning on taking the issue to my piercer but I thought maybe you could offer me some tips or advice on what I could do in the meantime? I got my tragus pierced in early August and it's always had a small bubble, but over...
